Our NEW Forest Fruit gin is almost ready! Notes of Blackberry, Black Currants, Raspberry and seasonal fruits of the forest…our Forest Fruit gin is ready for bottling. Fruits have been macerated in the stil for a couple of days, then vapour infused through copper and other freeze dried fruits and botanicals, no added sugar or anything artificial…blended with mineral water. It’s beautiful. Will be available to buy online soon.
