Lemon zest is macerated in the stil for 2 days, then vapour infused through copper with a blend of botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon thyme, sweet clover, lemon balm, lemongrass…blended with mineral water, all natural! No sugar added either as I don’t think it’s needed.
