Zests of juicy lemons are distilled in the pot through layers of copper and vapour infused through botanicals such as Coriander seed and a touch of Cassia. This is then further refined through charcoal to give a pure vodka, so smooth with a back note of fresh herbs and a touch of spice which compliments the fresh lemon perfectly.
