Created by our head distiller, Oli, Candy Floss Gin was inspired by his visits to local fairs with his young nephew Rory and his love of candy floss.
Perfect Serve: Put 6 ice cubes in a large gin bloom and add six fresh strawberries halved; pour 50ml of Candy Floss Gin and top up with 125ml of lemonade. For that extra touch, top the drink with a ball of candy floss.
