Our Lemon Sherbet Gin, which delivers the taste of boiled sweets with a zesty lemon fizz, is made from a base of Dry Gin.
Infused with a range of botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, cassia bark, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus and a lot of lemon.
Perfect Serve: In a large glass put 6 cubes of ice and the juice of a freshly squeezed wedge of lemon; pour in 50ml of Derbyshire Lemon Sherbet and top up with125ml of Franklin & Son’s Sicilian Lemon tonic; garnish with lemongrass and slice of lemon.
