This is our interpretation of this classic cocktail, on the nose fresh mint and citrus lime, we think it delivers a uniquely satisfying taste.
Perfect Serve: Pour 50ml of Derbyshire Mojito Gin into a large glass full of ice; squeeze four wedges of fresh lime into the gin, stir and then add a couple of fresh sprigs of fresh mint; top up with lemonade and then give it a final stir.
