Peach Gin is not for the faint-hearted: this is a real summer drink, fresh and fruity and a great alternative to the famous spritzer.
Perfect Serve: Put ice into a large glass, add 50ml of Derbyshire Peach Gin and top up with 100ml of soda water and prosecco to create the perfect aparitif. Garnish with slices of fresh peach and a wedge of orange.
